Job Summary
CNC Machinist II - III sought for on-site, full-time positions in Tualatin, OR. Set up and operate CNC machine tools to produce precision parts, read and interpret prints, and use Haas, Fanuc, Siemens, and Okuma controls. Requires loading/unloading parts up to 40 pounds, strong math skills, and capability to inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, indicators, and bore gauges. Responsibilities include CNC setup, program loading, offset adjustments, fixture changes, and maintaining tolerances to +/- .0005". Four shifts available (Day, Swing, Weekend Day, Weekend Night) with industry-leading shift differential. Visa sponsorship not available. ITAR/compliance and background/drug screening required. Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- CNC setup and operation experience
- Experience with 3-axis vertical CNC mills; 4- and 5-axis experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret manufacturing prints
- Proficient with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, indicators)
- Geometric tolerance understanding
- Ability to manage tool changes and tool libraries
- Ability to maintain tolerances +/- .0005"
- Experience with Haas, Fanuc, Siemens, Okuma controls
- Ability to pass drug screen and background check
- Trade school and/or at least three-year experience in manufacturing environment preferred
