Job Summary
Operates both manual and CNC equipment to produce high-tolerance components. Responsible for set up, run, debur, inspect, and deliver parts and tools that meet engineering and customer requirements. Interprets technical prints and reads G&M codes; setup, operate and adjust machining equipment for production efficiency with supervision. Ensures measuring devices used to check product quality are calibrated prior to use and participates in ISO goals and Lean continuous-improvement initiatives. Maintains in-process product identification and adheres to safety policies.
Required Qualifications
- Vocational/Technical degree/certification in CNC Machining or 3+ years of CNC Machine operation
- CNC Machining operation 2-3 years
- Data entry system experience 2 years
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings 2 years
