Job Summary
CNC Machinist role focused on CNC Mill fabrication and machining of parts per drawings, with CAM programming for edits, and independent quality control of milled components. Activities include EDM machining, programming for editing, manual machining (mill, lathe, surface grinder, hole popper), maintenance collaboration, and recording dimensional changes in drawings. Requires SolidWorks & Mastercam programming experience, electrode warehouse management, and adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards. Involves participation in continuous improvement; bonus experience in Injection Molds with Sodick and Hurco machinery.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of manual mill, lathe, surface grinder, hole popper
- Programming and knowledge in SolidWorks & Mastercam
- Independent operation of machines
- Compliance with safety and environmental regulations, accident prevention regulations and quality regulations
