CNC Machinist (DMG/DMU and Mazak)

Job Summary
CNC Machinist operates and programs CNC equipment (including DMU 80-125-160 and Mazak ST-series) to machine parts per drawings, set up machines, and ensure part quality and safety. Responsibilities include programming, setting up, operating CNC machines, inspecting threaded connections and related components (API, Grant Prideco, Tenaris, Vam), maintaining a clean and organized work area, and complying with safety and department guidelines. Requires 2 years of industrial/manufacturing training with hands-on experience in Turner, Machinist, and Fitter trades, and experience with oil & gas manufacturing environments.
Required Qualifications
- Industrial / Manufacturing Diploma post-High School or vocational training courses in mechanical engineering with 2 years of experience
- Work experience in Turner, Machinist, and Fitter trades
- Experience in CNC Machines: DMU 80-125-160; Mazak ST450, STN500/550M
- Oil & Gas experience in the manufacturing field
- Familiarity with operating CNC machines on Rotatory Shoulder Connections (API, Grant Prideco, Tenaris, Vam, etc.) and HWDP components
