Job Summary
CNC Machinist/CNC Machine Operator needed to set up and operate CNC machines (Lathe and Mill with 5+ axis capabilities) to produce parts per blueprints and CAD files. Responsibilities include reading drawings, programming and machine setup, monitoring operations for quality, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting, documenting production data, and collaborating with a team to optimize processes. Must have high school diploma or equivalent with machining certification preferred; proven CNC Machinist experience; strong GD&T, G-Code/M-Code, tooling, and measurement-tool proficiency; good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills; US citizenship. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints.
- Strong understanding of CNC programming and machine setup.
- Ability to use precision measuring tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- US Citizen
