Job Summary
Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes for pre-programmed production jobs; adjust tool offsets, work coordinates, and machine parameters to ensure accuracy; perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring equipment; monitor tooling condition and perform routine machine maintenance; troubleshoot machining issues and support continuous improvement efforts; maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to meet production goals.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- 5+ years of CNC milling and/or turning experience.
- Strong understanding of blueprints, GD&T, and machining best practices.
- Experience with precision measuring and inspection tools.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
