Job Summary
Plan machining by studying work orders, materials, specifications, and machining parameters. Set tool registers, offsets, compensation, and conditional switches; calculate requirements using basic math, geometry, and trigonometry. Set up machines including the CNC to run moulding operations. Verify and prove part programs before production. Complete production and quality logs. Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with procedures, rules, and regulations. The right candidate will have 1+ years of experience operating 3 or 5 axis machines and millwork experience; ability to set up and program machines.
