Job Summary
CNC Machinist-B on a Weekend/Weekday shift. Responsible for completing setup and operating 3-axis cell equipment to meet production requirements, loading/feeding machines, maintaining production flow, and performing first piece/in-process inspections with documentation in ERP. Must be able to recall CMM programs, identify fixturing, operate CMM machines, and maintain data integrity. Two 12-hour weekend shifts plus two 8-hour weekday shifts with a 20% shift differential for this fourth shift. Strong background in manual and CNC machining, multi-axis capabilities, and adherence to production checklists and procedures. Education/experience: HS diploma or GED or trade school graduate preferred; 3+ years in manufacturing setting-up and operating CNC/manual equipment; internships and PT accepted; no licenses required. Located in Northfield, NH, part of a larger US manufacturing footprint.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED or trade school graduate preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment setting-up and operating manual and/or CNC equipment; internships and part-time experience acceptable
- Ability to recall and interpret CMM programs and fixturing; experience with CMM machines (required)
- Experience with ERP documentation and producing accurate records
