Job Summary
Operate CNC machinery and sub-assemblies in a full-time, benefit-eligible position while completing targeted coursework at Harper Community College in Palatine, Illinois. Rotate between college classes and on-site work at Dynomax, Inc in Wheeling, Illinois to earn a tuition-free Associate in Applied Science degree in Manufacturing Technology. Successfully finish this three-year program to receive national credentials and a National RA Certificate. Maintain strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to understand verbal and written directions in English.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively and understand verbal and written directions given in the English language
- Must be validated as college ready by Harper Community College Admissions
