Job Summary
Operate CNC machine tools, primarily 3-, 4-, and 5-axis milling equipment and lathes, while reading blueprints and performing accurate measurements with precision tools. Monitor operations, adjust parameters to maintain accuracy, and conduct routine maintenance and cleaning. Deburr parts, verify conformity against specifications, and maintain production records in accordance with AS9100. Follow all safety policies and workmanship standards in a high-precision aerospace manufacturing environment. Work 8-12 hours per shift on the production floor, wearing required PPE.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Technical training completion of a CNC machining certificate or vocational training
- One (1) to five (5) years of related manufacturing and machining experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions
- Proficiency in math and measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- General understanding of aerospace industry quality standards (e.g., AS9100)
- Familiarity with CAD, CAM, MRP and ERP systems
- Proficiency with MS Office and other Office products
- High level of initiative
- High Quality standard

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrate a commitment and desire for continuous improvement
- Legally able to work in the U.S.
- Ability to adhere to OSHA, NADCAP, ISO9000 / AS9100, ITAR, FAA regulations and company specific safety standards
- Internal Certifications: Forklift, Slings/Cranes, FPV or others deemed appropriate
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods (up to 8-12 hours per shift)
- Able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25-50lbs regularly, and occasionally heavier weights with assistance
- Must be able to tolerate exposure to manufacturing environments, including moderate noise levels, vibrations, and varying temperatures
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment as required, Such as safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection
- Subject to drug testing

- Basic understanding of G-code programming
- Internal Certifications: FPV or others deemed appropriate
