Job Summary
Operate 4-5 axis CNC mills (Mazak, Fadal, Toyoda) to produce machined parts by setting up machines, validating materials, and maintaining quality and safety standards. Interpret work orders, blueprints, and manufacturing parameters while measuring finished pieces with precision instruments to ensure conformance to specifications. Troubleshoot malfunctions, detect tool wear through sound and vibration, and replace worn tools as needed. Document actions taken to maintain continuity among shifts and communicate necessary steps to supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- US Person per ITAR – US Citizen
- Experience machining with 4-5 axis CNC Mills (Mazak, Fadal, Toyoda) preferably in aerospace manufacturing
- Experience working with Mazak, Fadal, or Toyoda CNC machines
- Understanding of CNC G Code
- Understanding of basic Math, Geometry and Trigonometry
