CNC Machinist - 3rd Shift

Job Summary
Operate and set-up CNC machines including EDM RAM, EDM Wire, Lathe, Mill, Mill-Turn, and Swiss. Inspect parts, document results on in-process inspection plans, and monitor equipment and tooling while notifying the manager of any breakdowns. Follow setup sheets, drawings, and programs to ensure activities comply with Seabrook Quality System procedures. Maintain a clean work area, assist with training new team members, and adhere to all safety requirements. Requires 3-5 years of related experience, proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and blueprints, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This 3rd shift role includes a 20% shift differential on top of the base rate.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years related experience
- Proficient with one or more of the following CNC machines: EDM RAM, EDM Wire, Lathe, Mill, Mill-Turn, Swiss
- Experienced in use of caliper, micrometer, OC and height gage for dimensional inspection
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong mechanical and trouble shooting ability
- Ability to contribute to a team-oriented environment
- Light to moderate physical exertion required
- Lifting/carrying Maximum lbs.: 50
- Regularly required to stand, reach, and move about the facility
Desired Qualifications
