Job Summary
CNC Machinist required for 3rd Shift, responsible for setting up machines, machining complex parts to strict tolerances, and ensuring product quality through inspections and compliance with safety standards. The role includes running production parts, optimizing production standards, and maintaining thorough documentation in ERP software. Candidates should have 4-7 years of experience in CNC machining, preferably in aerospace, with a strong understanding of blueprint reading and CNC machine operations.
Required Qualifications
- 4-7 years CNC Machining experience in a regulated industry
- Knowledge of set-up and operation of CNC machines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to read blueprints
- Must submit to pre-employment screening
- Must take required medical exams
Desired Qualifications
- Completed apprenticeship program
- Journeymen certification
Additional Requirements
- Standing for long periods of time
- Lifting up to 40 lbs
- May be required to use stairs
- Remain upright and/or seated for prolonged timeframes
- Intermittently reposition the body per various tasks performed
