Job Summary
Operate CNC mills and lathes on the third shift, performing complex machining and fitting of parts with a focus on precision. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in CNC operations and programming, preferably with FANUC, TOSNUC 999, or MAZAK controls. Knowledge of CAD/CAM files, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to work from specifications are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 5 or more years of experience programming, part setup, and operating CNC machines
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, blueprints, and procedure manuals
- Strong mathematical and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work with others in a team atmosphere
- Must have your own tools
Desired Qualifications
- Mastercam programming experience
- Experience in a job shop/tool room atmosphere
- Demonstrated competency in computer operation
Additional Requirements
- Must be willing to work the third shift from 8:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., Monday through Thursday
- Must be willing to work overtime
