Job Summary
Set up and operate CNC and conventional machines to produce precision components; read blueprints and GD&T requirements; inspect own work using precision measuring tools; collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams; support continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen events, and value stream mapping; strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude; shift options include 3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m. or 3:00 p.m.–1:30 a.m.; competitive pay and comprehensive benefits in Anoka, MN.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- two-year technical degree preferred
- experience operating CNC and/or conventional machining equipment
- knowledge of machine tooling, fixtures, machining processes, blueprint reading, and GD&T
- strong math skills
- communication skills
