CNC Machinist (2nd Shift)

Job Summary
Prepare and operate 3-axis CNC mills, water jets, and turning centers by importing 3D models, setting up machines with tools and attachments, and generating G-Code files. Load raw materials safely, inspect and measure parts for precision, and maintain daily machine functionality through preventive maintenance and housekeeping. Enter drawings and bills of material into manuals with correct labeling while backing up data on the network. Handle multiple projects within time constraints, participate in training sessions, and assist with training other employees. Work as a team member demonstrating core values in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in CNC Machining or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5 years' experience running CNC or manual type equipment
- Strong knowledge of CAD CAM software
- Project management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Work independently, as well as, in a team environment
- Document management system
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
