Job Summary
Prepare and operate 3-axis CNC mills, water jets, and turning centers by importing 3D models, setting up equipment with tools and fixtures, and generating G-Code files. Load raw materials safely, inspect parts for precision, and maintain machinery through daily checks and preventive maintenance. Enter drawings and bills of material into manuals while managing multiple projects within time constraints. Train others, participate in team meetings, and attend scheduled training sessions to stay current with engineering concepts and software releases. Work independently and as a team member in a fast-paced environment, maintaining reliable attendance and demonstrating core values.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in CNC Machining or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5 years' experience running CNC or manual type equipment
- Strong knowledge of CAD CAM software
- Project management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Work independently, as well as, in a team environment
- Document management system
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
