Job Summary
Lead and mentor a team of CNC machinists and operators on your shift while monitoring production schedules, quality, and safety standards. Troubleshoot issues to keep machines running smoothly and collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and quality teams to reduce downtime. Track performance metrics, recommend process improvements, and train new team members to support skill development. This hands-on leadership role requires experience supervising in a CNC machining or manufacturing setting with strong knowledge of CNC operations, tooling, and machining processes. Required Qualifications
- Experience supervising or leading in a CNC machining or manufacturing setting
- Strong knowledge of CNC operations, tooling, and machining processes
