Job Summary
CNC and Machine Operator talent pool role across San Antonio, Schertz, and Seguin, TX. Responsibilities include CNC machine operation (lathe, mill, router, etc.), machine setup and changeovers, reading blueprints/technical drawings, monitoring production runs, performing quality checks, adjusting offsets and tooling, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting. Preferred skills include CNC setup/programming experience, knowledge of G-code and CAM software, and experience with metals/plastics/composites. Opportunities range from entry-level to highly skilled CNC programming and setup roles, with compensation varying by project scope and experience, and the possibility of short- or long-term engagements. Shifts may vary and overtime may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a CNC or machine operator preferred
- Previous experience of manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to read measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs (varies by role)
- Willingness to work various shifts, including overtime if required
