CNC MACHINE OPERATOR

Job Summary
Operate CNC machinery and woodworking equipment to fabricate precision components per CAD/Revit drawings and production specs. Read and interpret CAD/Revit drawings, prepare materials, set up machines, run production cycles, and inspect finished parts to ensure adherence to drawings and tolerances. Manage material handling, machine setup, tool changes, and real-time adjustments to maintain safety and quality. Perform safet y-conscious machining, use table saws, band saws, miters, and pneumatic tools for forming/bulkheads, and uphold housekeeping and PPE requirements. Requires basic math skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn CNC operation in a fast-paced production environment. Second shift responsibilities apply. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Willingness to learn CNC machine operation
- Ability to read CAD drawings and Revit drawings
- Knowledge of woodworking equipment and safety procedures
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Capable of standing long shifts (up to 12 hours) and wearing PPE as required
- Strong math skills and tape measure reading
