Job Summary
Operate and support CNC fiber lasers and CNC press brakes to produce precision cut and formed sheet metal parts. Responsible for machine setup, operation, load/unload, inspection, and basic maintenance; read 2D/3D drawings, verify tooling and materials, measure parts for conformance, and collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals while maintaining LEAN/5S standards and a safe, organized work area.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Basic knowledge of CNC systems and machine controls
- Ability to read production drawings and flat patterns
- Ability to use measuring devices and basic hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
