Job Summary
Operate assigned CNC machinery, loading and unloading raw materials or partially finished goods while using blueprints, specs, and instructions to maintain or exceed job production standards. Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet requirements, then perform general shop maintenance, clean-up, and material organization to sustain a safe, efficient, and clean work environment. Swing shift from 2:30pm to 11:05pm, Mon-Fri. South Bay Solutions, a high-precision machine shop crafting parts for semiconductor, medical devices, and advanced tech hardware, values quality craftsmanship with micron-level tolerances.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able up to lift 50 lbs.
- Basic math and writing skills.
- High School diploma or GED
Desired Qualifications
- Experience operating Horizontal, Vertical or Lathe CNC in a heavy manufacturing environment (is a plus!)
- Measurement tools and blueprint experience preferred.
