CNC Machine Operator

Job Summary
Operate CNC equipment to manufacture parts according to specifications; load parts, monitor machine operation, and ensure surface finish/feature accuracy. Perform setup assistance, tool changes, and identify/select cutting tools. Read and interpret drawings and GD&T; review CMM and equator reports to adjust processes. Conduct in-process inspections with calipers, micrometers, and measurement tools; troubleshoot machine issues. Maintain 5S workplace, safety, and quality standards; support cross-functional work and shift flexibility. Requires strong attention to detail, ability to communicate in English, and ability to work independently across shifts (Level I–III with increasing proficiency).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–5+ years CNC machining experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints; exposure to GD&T for advanced levels
