Job Summary
CNC Machine Operator responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines (including press brakes, pipe benders, and automatic band saws) to produce accurate parts. Read and follow mechanical prints, perform First Article Inspection, and ensure parts meet time and quality standards. On-the-job training provided. Location: Lititz, PA with standard Monday–Friday 6am–4pm schedule. Responsibilities emphasize precise machining, adherence to quality standards, and ongoing skill development in metalworking.
Required Qualifications
- Perform all aspects of CNC machine setup and operation
- Read and follow mechanical prints and instructions
- Perform First Article Inspection to ensure accuracy
- Meet time and quality standards with appropriate training and guidance
- Continue learning and applying the concepts and skills of metalworking
- Complete consistently accurate work
