Job Summary
Operate CNC machines to manufacture precision parts according to specifications while setting up equipment, loading materials, and selecting appropriate tooling. Read blueprints and technical drawings, monitor machine performance for adjustments, and inspect finished products using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure quality standards. Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot minor issues, and maintain a clean work area while adhering to all safety guidelines. Support team members and supervisors with daily production needs. Requires 2+ years of CNC experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, and flexibility for different shifts and overtime.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of CNC machining experience
- Ability to safely operate CNC equipment and use precision measuring tools
- Strong understanding of blueprints and technical drawings
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
