Job Summary
Load and unload materials, parts, or products manually or by mechanized means. Transfer finished products and raw materials using carts, dollies, or forklifts. Deliver production items to designated work areas and processed goods to storage or the next processing stage. Stack items in racks, bins, or warehouse areas, pack products in containers or on pallets, and clean machines and work areas. Operate one or more types of computer numeric controlled production equipment based on training. Handle special projects as assigned. This role requires reading blueprints, route sheets, and manuals, performing machine shop math, and operating measuring devices like scales and calipers. Candidates must possess good analytical skills, attention to detail, and physical stamina to handle heavy equipment. One year of CNC Mill or Lathe experience is required.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to read in English and follow route sheets and blueprints
- Ability to perform general machine shop math and calculations
- Must have ability to read measuring devices such as scales and calipers
- Experience as a Machine Operator preferred
- Knowledge of Production Procedures
- Ability to Read Blueprints, Schematics and Manuals
- Must possess good Analytical Skills
- Must have good Attention to Detail
- Physical Stamina and Strength
- Ability to Handle Heavy Equipment
- Ability to Work Independently
- Ability to Multitask
- CNC Mill: 1 year (Required)
- CNC Lathe: 1 years (Required)
- Must be able to work Monday to Friday
- Must be able to work 10 Hour Shift or 8 Hour Shift
- Must be able to work Day shift
- Must be able to work On Call
- Must be able to work Overtime
- Must be eligible for full-time employment
Desired Qualifications
