Job Summary
Operate CNC mill and lathe machines, performing tool adjustments after training. Document production progress using data collection sheets and Microsoft Navision software while using measuring equipment to ensure product quality and accuracy. Maintain quality and safety standards by operating inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, gages, and CMM equipment. Assist with material movement using a forklift and pallet jack, and use hand tools for deburring and cutting as needed. Lift up to 50 lbs and keep the work area clean and organized. This 1st or 2nd shift role requires 2+ years of CNC experience, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of CNC Machine Operation experience
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork skills
