CNC Machine Operator

Set up and operate CNC and manual fabrication equipment including laser, punch press, shear, and die cutter. Load/unload sheet materials, manage scrap, and perform in-process quality checks using measurement tools. Read and interpret technical drawings, document work completion, and report deviations from specifications. Assist with minor maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and support other areas during low-volume periods. Training occurs on the first shift up to 90 days. This third-shift role in Cleveland, OH, supports the creation of technology applications for the F-35 Fighter Jet, US Navy Ships, and the International Space Station.
