CNC Machine Operator

Job Summary
Operate CNC and related production machines (saws, presses, drills, and other equipment) to produce parts, study blueprints/specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances, measure workpieces, monitor for malfunctions, adjust controls, verify conformance to specs, perform trial runs, test unit functionality, and assist with assembly as needed. Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds, stand about 75% of time, bend/lift/push/pull as required, and use small hand tools daily; position may require frequent twisting of head/neck/back. Required Qualifications
- Able to lift up to 35 pounds
- Able to stand for up to 75% of shift
- Able to bend, lift, push or pull as needed
- Familiarity with small hand tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, or specifications
- Ability to measure dimensions and verify tolerances
- Experience with setup and operation of CNC or similar machinery (as applicable)
- Safety-conscious and able to follow procedures
- Willingness to perform essential duties and adapt to production needs
