Job Summary
Operate Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC) and Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) to perform drilling, tapping, boring, and milling. Load raw materials and monitor machine performance. Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T specifications. Adjust offsets, tooling, and machine settings to maintain part quality and tolerances. Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using precision measuring instruments. Troubleshoot machine issues and make minor adjustments to ensure continuous production. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company and OSHA standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (technical training preferred)
