Job Summary
Operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently to produce precision parts according to work instructions, blueprints, and quality standards. Load and unload raw materials and finished parts while monitoring machines during production to report issues. Perform basic machine adjustments and routine maintenance as trained, and inspect parts using calipers and micrometers. Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe by following all company safety procedures and PPE requirements. This entry-level position includes on-the-job training in machine operation, quality inspection, tooling, and production processes.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read basic measurements and follow written instructions
- Basic math skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing or CNC experience is helpful but not required
