CNC Machine Operator

Analyze and manufacture complex components using machine tool equipment while adhering to HSE standards, policies, and environmental regulations. Ensure safety by stopping work to report major injury hazards and contribute to a healthier workplace by documenting incidents. Support equipment uptime through preventive maintenance feedback and actively participate in Total Productive Maintenance teams to drive continuous improvements in quality and material flow. Instruct and coach less experienced team members to foster a collaborative environment.
