Job Summary
Operate 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines (including Brother, Haas, and Matsuura) to load, set up tooling, and machine parts with precision; perform routine quality inspections and use basic inspection tools; assist with material handling and shipment preparation; maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment; and operate forklifts as needed. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, CNC fundamentals experience, proficiency with hand tools and measurement instruments, strong attention to detail, and good communication skills; forklift certification or willingness to obtain one. Preferred familiarity with FANUC-based milling and G/M code, and prior experience in high-volume CNC production; readiness to learn and grow within a manufacturing setting.
Required Qualifications
