Job Summary
CNC Machine Operator on 2nd shift at JIT Manufacturing, a precision metal fabricator. You will operate advanced CNC equipment to cut metal components to exact specifications, set up and adjust machine parameters (selecting appropriate materials, programs, and settings), inspect finished parts for quality, perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of lasers, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and collaborate with team members to meet production goals. Shift is M-Th from 3:15pm to 1:45am. Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience operating CNC machinery preferred but not required.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
