Job Summary
As a CNC Machine Operator on the 2nd shift, you will operate complex CNC machines, performing inspections and ensuring production quality. This role at Schivo Medical requires problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude to keep advanced precision manufacturing equipment running smoothly.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years’ experience with lathe/mill turning machines or trade school cnc certificate
- Good communication skills
- Dependable and willingness to learn new techniques
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles
- Attention to detail with tight tolerances
- Problem-solving skills
- Adherence to safety guidelines
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using Fanuc control
- Working knowledge of various materials & tools (inserts, endmills, drills)
- Ability to read blueprints and specifications
- Basic knowledge of G-code programming or CAD/CAM software
