CNC Machine Operator (2nd or 3rd Shift)

Job Summary
Operate and adjust CNC machines to execute standard and repetitive operations with verified programs; follow detailed instructions, use part drawings, and precision measuring instruments to ensure tolerances are met. Maintain quality by checking work at specified points, report malfunctions, and assist with setups or proving of programs under supervision. Adhere to safety and cleanliness standards in a manufacturing environment; capable of lifting 25 pounds and applying basic math and problem-solving skills. Prior CNC machining experience (1+ years) and familiarity with grinding equipment (preferred) are advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Knowledge of machine shop practices, techniques, operations
- Basic math, logical reasoning, and problem solving
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- 1+ years of CNC Machining
- Preferred: experience operating CNC grinding equipment such as Walter, Ewag, Rollamatic, ANCA, Waida, Vollmer etc.
