Job Summary
CNC Machine Maintenance Technician for off-shift at Rolls-Royce mtu unit in Graniteville, SC. Responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical components of CNC machines, including MTM washing machines and Knoll cooling lubricant systems; perform TPM measures, coordinate with OEMs and vendors, manage spare parts and documentation, and lead/coaching for less senior technicians. Requires strong mechanical/electrical skills, experience with machine tools and control software (e.g., Siemens 840 DCNC), knowledge of OSHA safety requirements, SAP proficiency, and ability to work off-shift with overtime as needed. Fluent in German and English preferred; advanced knowledge of MTM parts washers, Knoll coolant systems, and TPM principles. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance and 5 years of machining maintenance technician experience in a heavy-duty manufacturing environment; or completion of apprenticeship or training program and 7 years of machining maintenance technician experience in a heavy-duty manufacturing environment.
