CNC Machining Department Leader responsible for overseeing all operations within the CNC machining division, ensuring on-time delivery, quality output, and efficient workflow for new builds, engineering changes, and repair projects related to plastic injection molding. Lead and develop the CNC team in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment with a focus on continuous improvement and quality. Key tasks include verifying job quality and accuracy, maintaining production schedules, reviewing incoming jobs (New Builds, Engineering Changes, Repairs), directing team members, and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
