Job Summary
Program high-mix, low-volume production components by independently translating engineering drawings into finished parts using CNC lathes. Execute precise programming and setup operations with a focus on tight tolerances while managing minimal supervision. Prioritize work within day shifts only, Monday through Thursday, with an early Friday finish and no weekend coverage. Candidates must possess at least 10 years of CNC machining experience, including preferred Fanuc control proficiency, and demonstrate strong setup capabilities in high-mix environments. This role offers permanent full-time employment with a UK sponsor license holder, featuring a competitive salary range of £32,000 to £38,000 per annum.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years' CNC machining experience
- Experience programming, setting and operating CNC lathes
- Ability to work independently from engineering drawings to finished components

- Excellent spoken and written English
