Job Summary
Program, set up and operate CNC Lathes producing tooling and prototypes (Mazak, Mazatrol). Precision tight tolerance work. Verify stock and the Tooling before putting in the machine. Set Offsets with a touch probe, Test indicator, or Edge finder. Check parts with Micrometers, Telescoping gauges, Calipers, or Touch Probe.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Program, Set up and Operate CNC Lathes producing tooling and prototypes (Mazak, Mazatrol)
- CNC lathe programming experience
- Ability to verify stock and tooling before machining
- Experience with offsets using touch probe, test indicator, or edge finder
- Part inspection with micrometers, calipers, and gauges
