Job Summary
Experienced CNC Lathe Machinist with sub spindle experience sought to set up and operate CNC lathes (including sub spindle), read and interpret blueprints, perform machine setups and tool changes, edit and troubleshoot G-code, and use precision measuring tools to maintain tight tolerances. Must work with Fanuc controls, read drawings, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while collaborating with supervisors, programmers, and quality personnel to ensure high-quality parts and efficient production. 4-day, 10-hour shift (Mon-Thu 6:00 AM–4:30 PM) with competitive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- CNC lathe setup experience required
- Sub spindle experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Fanuc controls preferred
- Ability to read and edit G-code
- Strong blueprint reading skills
- Ability to use micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision inspection tools
- Experience working in a precision metal machining environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
