Job Summary
Operate laser and related equipment safely and accurately, loading and unloading parts while monitoring machines for malfunctions. Assemble and process parts according to specifications, inspect finished products for quality conformance, and record production data. Follow all safety and quality procedures consistently while supporting general manufacturing tasks on the shop floor. Requires 2–3 years of CNC laser cutting experience with aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel, plus blueprint interpretation skills. Work 2nd shift (Mon–Thurs, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM) in Avon, OH.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrates competence to perform essential duties and responsibilities during a 90-day introductory period

- 2–3 years of CNC laser cutting experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
- Proven experience cutting aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, setup sheets, and technical drawings
- Strong mechanical competence with solid math and measurement skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Reliable teammate with excellent communication skills and willingness to work 2nd shift (Mon–Thurs, 4:00 PM 2:30 AM)
- High School Diploma or GED
