CNC HBM Machinist

Job Summary
Perform finish machining operations on CNC Horizontal Boring Mills (HBM) using Fanuc/Tosnuc controls, including drilling, threading, and boring, while maintaining tight tolerances. Read and interpret drawings and work instructions; verify CNC programs; conduct in-process inspection with calipers, micrometers, and indicators. Utilize Cogsdill contouring heads and right-angle heads; ensure part quality across various industries; maintain a safe, clean shop environment; collaborate with team; flexible hours may be required; additional duties as assigned. Requires HS diploma/GED, 5-10 years’ machinist experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, English proficiency, valid driver’s license, ability to pass drug/background checks, and willingness to work at RMS’s Tomball, TX facility.

- Minimum of five to ten years of Machinist experience
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug and background checks
- English proficiency
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
