Job Summary
CNC Hardware Assembly role focused on determining product requirements from blueprints, installing helicoil and PEM inserts and other hardware into components, inspecting parts with precision measuring tools, drilling and punching holes, selecting appropriate tooling and materials, and maintaining clean, compliant work areas. Requires ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings, perform hardware installation, and follow procedures with attention to quality. 1-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required. Bonus points for prior CNC machining or quality experience. Location is Nashua, NH; position is full-time and in-person.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of applicable experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to understand and analyze technical drawings, specifications, and notes
- Experience deburring, installing hardware, drilling, and tapping
- Familiar with different types of hardware and installation methods and specifications
- Good communications skills
- Ability to follow verbal directions
