Job Summary
CNC Grinder role: program, set up, and operate the ANCA TX7 CNC Grinder for carbide chamber reamer production; produce parts to blueprint specifications and meet daily production targets; operate additional manual manufacturing machines as needed; perform in-process inspection and basic gaging/metrology; maintain machines and tooling; work independently with minimal supervision. Onsite in Davison, MI, with responsibilities including tooling maintenance and adherence to production schedules.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience on a leading CNC tool & cutter grinder – ANCA strongly preferred, Walter or Rollomatic also considered
- Proficient in ANCA programming software (ToolRoom / iGrind) or equivalent on Walter or Rollomatic
- Ability to both program and run production
- Strong blueprint reading skills
- Basic math and trigonometry
