Job Summary
Program complex milling parts using Solidworks and SolidCAM, then set up and operate 3 to 5-axis CNC machines with or without robot loading. Identify and implement process optimizations while maintaining quality responsibility for prototypes and small batches. Perform maintenance and upkeep tasks on assigned equipment. This role requires a completed machining apprenticeship, solid experience with 5-axis Fanuc-controlled centers, and strong CAD/CAM skills. The position offers a 4-day work week (Friday off), 39 hours weekly, five weeks vacation, and numerous paid days off. Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Zerspanungsbereich
- Fundierte Erfahrung als Frässpezialist im Bereich 5-Achs-Bearbeitungscenter mit Fanuc-Steuerungen
- Gute Erfahrungen in CAD/CAM Programmierung
- Präzise, exakte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein hohes Maß an Qualitätsbewusstsein
