Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Proficient verbal and written communication and Customer relation skills
- Must have, and/or be willing/capable of being trained to develop, electro-mechanical skills
- Able to interact and effectively communicate with customers and co-workers
- Must be adaptable to changes and able to deal with change
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of machine tool manufacture, installation, operation, maintenance & repair
- Basic digital literacy and understanding of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Basic mechanical and logical solving skills
- Rational decision making and problem-solving skills
