Job Summary
Install, repair and maintain CNC machine tool equipment and controls at customer sites, traveling to customer locations to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain machines; use manuals and vendor resources to diagnose issues; complete and submit status documentation to office and customers; perform preventative maintenance and provide after-sales technical support and training; maintain in-depth knowledge of machine tool products represented by the company; perform related duties as required.
Required Qualifications
- Five years’ experience with CNC machine repair
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other business programs as required
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics is required
- Excellent technical, communication, and presentation skills are necessary
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job including flexible hours and frequent travel and driving throughout a regional territory
