Job Summary
Field Service Technician responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of CNC machine tool equipment and controls at customer sites; travels to customer sites within a regional territory and uses manuals, technical documents, and vendor resources to diagnose and resolve issues; performs preventative maintenance, provides after-sales technical support and training, and documents status updates for customers and office; must be highly mobile with the ability to travel frequently and meet physical requirements; strong technical, communication, and presentation skills are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Five years’ experience with CNC machine repair
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other business programs as required
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics is required
