CNC Field Service Technician

Job Summary
Install, repair, and maintain CNC machine tool equipment and controls at customer sites; travel within a regional territory to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machine tool equipment and controls; utilize machine tool manuals, technical documents, and vendor resources to diagnose and resolve issues; document status of repairs and installations for customers; promote preventative maintenance and provide after-sales technical support and training; maintain in-depth knowledge of machine tool industry and product lines represented by the company; perform related duties as required.
Required Qualifications
- Five years’ experience with CNC machine repair
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other business programs as required
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics
- Excellent technical, communication, and presentation skills
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job including flexible hours and frequent travel and driving throughout a regional territory
